Our Commitment to Social Responsibility
ATELIER 3T is a committed actor, mindful of all the issues related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
For the Environmental Pillar:
Protecting the environment
- Reducing our greenhouse gas emissions by, among other actions, replacing our machines with more energy-efficient technologies (e.g., fiber lasers, electric press brakes, latest-generation compressors, LED lighting, etc.).
- Buying less and better (favoring reusable and/or eco-designed products, and whenever possible, prioritizing repairs over replacements, in line with the concept of a circular economy).
- Managing all of our consumption by eliminating any waste.
- Minimizing waste production and intensifying our recycling and sorting policies (currently, we estimate that 99% of our waste is recycled).
- Using renewable energy sources and aiming for carbon neutrality by 2028 (500 kW of solar panels installed in 2024).
- Achieving ISO 14001 certification by 2027.
For the Social Pillar:
Human governance
- Respecting and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Guaranteeing hygiene and safety in our teams' workplaces.
- Enhancing employee well-being in the workplace.
- Promoting employee training.
- Developing the skills of young people by training apprentices.
- Encouraging diversity and gender equality.
- Fighting against exclusion and discrimination.
For the Economic Pillar:
Ensuring sustainability and supporting the local economy
- Supporting local producers and suppliers.
- Choosing responsible suppliers.
- Being transparent with our customers and suppliers.
- Diversifying our client base and limiting any risk of dependency.
- Ensuring the company’s long-term operational and financial performance.
